Attention : Temporarily Closed
Dear Vanderwall Climbing Customers,
After talking the recent COVID-19 situations over as a family and team we have come to a very difficult decision. We will be Temporarily closed from today through the end of march.
We are a very small team here and in order to protect our families and friends we are taking extreme precautions.
If you are a customer and we have your shoes in our shop we would like to let you know that we are doing a deep clean and sanitizing all workstations in the workshop. Due to this shutdown customers shoe repairs will be postponed until our partner companies (Touchstone Climbing, Stanford University, La Sportiva, and FiveTen) reopen. We are following the example that these companies have set in order to make sure the health and safety of our Customers and Employees is protected.
Since the majority of our business takes place with Touchstone Community Members we would like to let you know that we will be delivering your shoes to the gyms once they reopen. Inorder to limit the amount of exposure we are not going to be having customers Dropoff / Pick up at our Headquarters Dropbox.
If you have any questions regarding this Temporary closure feel free to Email us at ( Vanderwallclimbing@gmail.com ). We will answer your questions in a timely manner.
We thank you for your patience and hope you all stay healthy and safe.
